Who's Eligible
LaunchTAYLOR is open to current small business owners who would benefit from the combination of business and financial resources that LaunchTAYLOR provides. Entrepreneurs with great new business ideas will also be considered. Space is limited.
Requirements:
- Must live, work or prove a direct impact locally
- Ability to supply product or service that can generate profit
- Demonstrate need for financial and business resources
- Be interviewed by selection committee
- Complete business training once a week for 10 weeks
- Develop business plan and budget
- Willingness to meet and/or communicate regularly with assigned business mentor
- Ability to repay micro-loan, in regular installments, within 12-18 months of receipt of loan

We support and develop entrepreneurs and small businesses in under-resourced communities in Taylor, TX, by providing access to business development services, business loans, mentorship and networking opportunities

Our Story
Launch TAYLOR is part of the LaunchMyCity family of programs, modeled after LAUNCH RALEIGH. We strive to develop successful local entrepreneurs by expanding access to comprehensive business training and financial and business resources.
LaunchTAYLOR is a project of the Greater Taylor Chamber of Commerce, Temple College and the Greater Taylor Foundation.
